lhc particle accelaretor

The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is the world's largest particle accelerator complex, intended to collide opposing beams of 7 TeV protons. Its main purpose is to explore the validity and limitations of the Standard Model, the current theoretical picture for particle physics.

IT SEEMS THIS A FULL FLEDGED TEST OF THIS ACCELERATOR IS TO BE DONE ON THIS WEDNESDAY (10:09:2008). FEW PHYSICIST SAY THAT ,IN CASE IT TURNS OUT IN THE NEGATIVE ASPECT, THIS 21 KM CIRCLED ACCELERATOR WILL TURN OUT TO BE A "BLACK HOLE".

IS THIS 21 KM CIRCULAR BLACK HOLE, SUFFICIENT TO ENGULF THE ENTIRE EARTH?
